Frequently Asked Questions
You can create an account from the sign-up page using email and password. During sign-up, you can choose whether you are joining to book experiences or to host and partner with BahamaBooking.
Use the forgot password page to request a password reset email. Once you open the reset link from your inbox, you can set a new password and return to sign in.
Your account settings let you update personal information, manage login security, add saved payment methods, and review payout preferences if you are a host. Email changes are currently read-only in settings.
Saved cards are handled securely through Stripe. Charges may appear on your statement as Bahama Ventures Inc. or BVI depending on how the payment is processed.
Hosts can save payout preferences in account settings. Right now the available payout methods are PayPal or wire transfer, including Swift/BIC, account number, routing number, and branch number where applicable.
The current dashboard experience is more host-oriented, but guest accounts still have access to their account area and settings. Messaging, reservation activity, and broader guest-facing account flows will continue to expand from there.
Notification preferences are currently shown as enabled by default. They cannot be edited yet, and you will receive an email once in-app notification settings become available.
If you are ready to host or partner, use the host onboarding flow. Once your host access is in place, your dashboard can support listings, reservations, messages, and payout setup.
