Support status

We do not yet have editable in-app support preferences or a full ticketing flow inside this app. For now, the best support path is to use the Help Center, your account dashboard, and settings based on what you need to resolve.

As more support channels become available, this page can expand into the main service hub for guests, hosts, and partners.

Account access

Account sign-in, password resets, and security settings are the fastest issues to resolve through your account settings and the Help Center.

Reservations and messages

Booking questions, reservation updates, and inbox activity should be handled from your dashboard where those records already live.

Payments and payouts

Saved cards are managed securely through Stripe, while host payout preferences can be updated in settings using PayPal or wire transfer details.
